1 — Share your RFQ brief

2 — Receive options and commercial terms
Sales reviews your brief and replies with product options, packing discussion points, and commercial terms framed for your destination. Lead times and shipping schedules depend on format, volume, packing, and destination — they are confirmed in the quote conversation, not published as fixed guarantees on this site. 3 — Documentation on request
Procurement and quality teams often need product specifications, certificates of analysis, and organic certification documents before approving a new supplier. 4 — Packing confirm on quote

5 — Export and cold-chain minded supply
We quote with destination, packing, and Incoterms in mind for markets including the UK, US, Japan, and comparable export destinations. Frozen pulp needs cold-chain discipline from export packing through your freezer door; Incoterms decide who owns which leg.
