Step 1 — Confirm format fit

You do not need a perfect brief. “Unsure” on solids, packing, or Incoterms is fine — sales will frame options.

Step 3 — Submit via RFQ form or email

Step 4 — What happens after you inquire

Sales reviews your brief and replies with product options, packing discussion points, commercial terms framed for your destination, and documentation aligned to your ask. Lead times and shipping schedules depend on format, volume, packing, and destination — they are confirmed in the quote conversation, not published as fixed guarantees on this site.

Step 5 — Documentation review before you lock

Procurement and quality teams often review specs, COAs, and organic certification documents before approving a new supplier. Ask for the docs you need in the RFQ so they arrive with commercial options. More on that process: organic certifications and quality.

Response speed and supply timing vary with completeness of your brief, product format, destination logistics, and documentation scope. Share your preferred review window and first-need date in the RFQ so we can align expectations honestly — we do not invent fixed lead times as marketing claims.
