What to include in an açaí RFQ — a wholesale buyer checklist
Why a complete brief gets a better reply
Wholesale organic açaí quotes are built from your brief — not from a published price list. Brands, manufacturers, distributors, dairy and cultured teams, and other trade buyers get clearer options when the RFQ names format, volume, packing preference, destination, and documentation needs. This checklist complements our step-by-step guide: how to request a quote. Process context: how we work.
Terrapure Global supplies 100% organic Brazilian frozen açaí pulp and powder for B2B wholesale. Pack sizes confirm on quote. Specs, COAs, and organic docs are available on request. We are wholesale only — we do not invent list prices, MOQs, warehouse stock, lead times, or Incoterms on marketing pages.
1. Company and contact
Include legal or trading name, primary contact, and a work email. Procurement aliases are fine; a role or buying context (brand, co-packer, distributor) helps sales route the reply. Start the commercial path here: Request a quote or email sales@terrapureglobal.com.
2. Format — pulp, powder, or both
Say whether you need frozen pulp, organic powder, or both. Smoothie, juice, dairy/cultured, and ice cream programs often start with pulp; supplement and dry-blend programs often start with powder. Format depth: pulp vs powder. Audience notes: dairy brands, ice cream brands, smoothie brands.
3. Volume band (order or run-rate)
Share an estimated volume per order or monthly/quarterly run-rate — even a band (“trial then scale”) is useful. Do not wait for a perfect forecast. We do not publish fake MOQs; commercial minimums and packing options are framed in the quote based on your brief.
4. Packing preference — confirm on quote
Note preferred industrial packing (for example food-grade pails or drums for pulp, or bulk powder packs) or write “either / unsure.” Pack sizes and exact formats confirm on quote. Avoid assuming retail tubs are available as wholesale supply from this site.
5. Destination market
Name the country (and port or region if known). Export-minded market pages include UK, USA, EU, Canada, Australia, and Japan — none claim local warehouses or stock holding on this site.
6. Application / use case
One sentence on how you will use the ingredient (yogurt swirl, smoothie base, powder blend, frozen dessert inclusion, private-label discussion, distribution book) helps align solids, format, and documentation. Application pages and product overviews live under products.
7. Documentation needs — docs on request
List what QA needs for vendor onboarding: product specs, certificates of analysis, organic certification documents. Ask in the RFQ so docs can travel with commercial options. Education: organic certifications, quality, and import documentation.
8. Incoterms and timeline — preferences only
If you have a preferred Incoterm, say so; “unsure” is fine. Share a preferred review window or first-need date as an indicative preference — not a guarantee we will invent on the website. Logistics and commercial terms are confirmed in the quote conversation.
9. Sample or trial interest
If you want to discuss sample or trial options before a larger run, say so in the RFQ. We do not invent free-sample promises or fixed trial MOQs on marketing pages; options are discussed from your brief. Guidance: sample and trial.
10. Submit and expect a sales reply
Use the RFQ form or email sales@terrapureglobal.com with the checklist above. Sales replies with format options, packing discussion points, commercial terms for your destination, and documentation aligned to your ask. Full process: how we work. Step-by-step companion: how to request a quote. Quote-only pricing education: wholesale pricing.
